In the Model Library windows, select the model you are interested. Now find the Related Topic in the dynamic help window. Click the Model name. You now get a PDF button see attached screenshot pdf.
This will be much easier in version 4. You can fix this by pressing 'F12' on your keyboard, Selecting 'Document Mode' and choosing 'standards' or the latest version listed if standards is not an option.
